We take great care in the creation of our products, from the quality of our ingredients, whether sourced locally or from our suppliers around South East Asia, through the manufacturing, packing and storage processes.

To maintain the highest quality of our products, our processes include:

  • Inspection and verification of all incoming ingredients according to product specifications
  • In process monitoring of Critical Control Points (CCPs) and Quality Control Points (QCPs)
  • Consistent and accurate product assembly and recipes
  • Final product assessment on appearance, weights, packaging and labelling
  • Sensory evaluation on colour, aroma, texture and flavour
  • Laboratory testing and verification on raw ingredients and final product food safety
  • Training and regular refresher training of all staff
  • Full traceability of incoming ingredients throughout the manufacturing process and despatch of finished products
